IT Service Team Manager

Location: Amsterdam
We are looking for an experienced IT Service Team Manager! Our client is a global travel company operating in many countries all over the world. They have and extensive portfolio of 40+ e-commerce websites and amazing offices in Amsterdam!
 

About you:
 

  • People management - managing a team of around 8 Support Engineers working from 2 locations (Amsterdam and Bangalore)

  • Development and management of key performance metrics

  • End responsibility for IT Service

  • Set and enhance company wide standards on dealing with incidents problems, changes

  • Implement and refine prioritised structure and OLAs/SLAs for dealing with incidents

  • Design an efficient and effective problem and escalation process 

  • Work with POs, Engineers, Developers and Business Stakeholders

  • Take the lead in major incident communication

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong people/team management skills
  • Proactive attitude 
  • Fluent English
